What's cooking?

Easy Calzone
You'll need:

BisquickMix                                                                            - Diced Tomatoes - Shredded mozzarella - Chopped broccoli - Shredded mexican mix cheese - Deli meat (ham or other)
- Optional: diced onions or other veggies (Amounts are to taste)

Heat oven to about 375 degrees.
Mix about 3 cups worth of Bisquick mix (follow the biscuit recipe) and add 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese, and 1-2 Tablespoons corn meal. Knead to a bread consistency (add more Bisquick if needed). Roll out about 1/2 inch thick oval shape and place on greased cookie sheet.

Pile, on top of dough, in layers: mozzarella, meat, tomatoes, cheese, broccoli, more meat, onions and more cheese. Fold dough over layers, pinching dough edges together, sealing it. Brush with olive oil.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Compliment with a fresh green salad and fruit smoothie for a great dinner.

" Brigadeiros

(Brigadiers) A delicious Brazilian bon bon

You'll need:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk -2 Tbs. margarine (or butter) -2 Tbs. powdered chocolate
-Chocolate sprinkles

Mix ingredients together in a medium size pan and continue to stir over a low flame. Continue stirring until mixture thickens and begins to unstick from the bottom of the pan.

NOTE - Overcooking makes the dough crumble, but undercooked dough is sticky.
Once dough is ready, set aside to let cool. When cooled, rub butter on hands (keeps dough from sticking to hands) and than form little balls
and roll in chocolate sprinkles. This makes a great dessert for parties.
